Next Tuesday, October 15, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., we will hold the training Perspective of gender and intersectionality; key challenges of the 2030 Agenda at the Poblenou Manuel-Arranz Library.
The session will facilitate basic concepts linked to the gender perspective and the LGBTIQ+ collective and will present key tools to properly manage LGBTIQ+ diversity in companies.
A més, s’exposaran casos de referència i exemples de bones pràctiques perquè pugueu implementar-les fàcilment en en el vostre entorn de treball.
Finalment, s’abordarà the LGBTIQ+ collective as an interest group for the tourism sector so that you know their specific characteristics, needs and motivations.
This training is completely free and is developed with the support of Barcelona City Council and in collaboration with the CETT-UB.
