Last Thursday, March 17, the Taula Eix Pere IV platform organized a participatory day to publicize the initiatives of the Social and Solidarity Economy that are carried out in the Poblenou neighborhood. The gathering took place from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and consisted of a session of talks and a sisterhood piscolabis.
Our team did not want to miss the opportunity and participated as a partner entity of the space. Like all the other attending entities, Aethnic took advantage of its intervention slot to present the association and explain the project of the Responsible and Sustainable Tourism Network, also known as The Aethnic Network . In the question period, the public showed great interest in the project and wanted to know more details about its articulation process and about the experiences that already make it up.
The result of the day was more than satisfactory as Aethnic was able to learn about initiatives such as those of Larre, Hospice, Clara and VerdNou, and was able to interact and network with their promoters.
So, from here, we encourage the Taula Eix Pere IV to organize more sessions of this type to continue bringing the ESS projects closer to the residents of Barcelona.
Aethnic participates in the talk “What’s cooking in Poblenou?” with the aim of creating synergies and promoting inter-cooperation with other entities and neighbors in the neighbourhood.
