This year, within the framework of the Singulars projects, Aethnic is developing the initiative TurismESS: impetus for a new regenerative model rooted in the territory, with the aim of improving the viability of Social and Solidarity Economy initiatives linked to the tourism sector in order to promote a tourism development model aligned with the challenges of the ecosocial transition. In this context, thanks to the support and collaboration ofSouthern Dawn, a research and communication center specialized in the study of tourism from a critical perspective, we carry out a diagnosis around the tourism fabric and SSE to identify challenges, needs and opportunities and define a work plan that allows the ecosystem to be consolidated TourismESS.

As part of this analysis, we would like to invite you all to the Work Session that we will hold next Wednesday, April 17 at 10 a.m. to generate a collective debate around the preliminary results of the survey. The session will be facilitated in a “focus group” format and will aim to:

“To deepen the diagnosis process to identify new opportunities and promote inter-cooperation with the local agents of the territory”.

The session will take place in a virtual format , will last 1 hour 30 minutes and will have the participation of both Aethnic and Alba Sud.
