AETHNIC collaborates in the project of the Kalilu Foundation

Targets

The objective of the project is the consolidation of a Responsible and Sustainable Tourism space

(TRS), which will be managed by Jirong women trained in responsible and sustainable tourism management.

The project envisages the creation of 4 jobs for women, who will manage the Jirong eco-lodge, which has capacity for 21 people.

Activities Carried Out

  • Technical-practical training in eco-lodge management for 10 women from Jirong and surrounding areas
  • Improvement of the eco-lodge accommodation: 2 cabins that will be used by the students during the training
  • Selection of 4 women for the management of the eco-lodge
